Un bel appartement propre, très bien situé, silencieux malgré qui soit dans la vieille parie de malaga, à proximité de tout, possibilité d'obtenir un stationnement privé.

Emplacement, luminosité, confort.

L'emplacement au centre de la vieille ville de Malaga est idéal. Les parcs et la plage sont à portée de marche. L'appartement est spacieux, très joliment décoré, récemment rénové dans un immeuble ancien qui a gardé le cachet de sa façade du début du XXe siècle. Les lits sont très confortables, meme le canapé-lit, ce qui est assez rare pour etre souligné. Le patio est un plus fort agréable pour s'asseoir à l'air libre dans l'intimité ou pour sécher le linge. Le balcon de ville est équipé d'une petite table bistro et de 2 chaises avec vue sur l'église San Juan. La cuisine est bien équipée et surtout il y a assez de vaisselle pour 4 personnes. Le charme de l'appartement au sol en parquet et à l'ameublement raffiné est indéniable. Enfin, notre hote nous a donné toutes sortes d'informations sur Malaga et sa bonne humeur sympathique est la cerise sur le gateau. Il y a un ascenseur et la résidence touristique (immeuble rénové par la municipalité de Malaga) est bien sécurisé. Pour le parking, nous conseillons le parking Andalusia près du Corte Inglès, à quelques minutes de marche. Demandez un forfait pour 1 semaine, c'est moins cher meme si vous ne restez que 5 jours.

Clean, comfortable, centrally located!

The place was just as described and is it looks in the photos. Check in was flexible and easy. The hosting team were all friendly and resposive. The location was very central and there is lots to do around.

Stunningly restored and comfortable apartment with very high ceilings, decently equipped little kitchen and brilliant central location.

Beautiful apartment amazing location clean and modern in a beautiful building can be noisy as you are literally in the thick of the action but only added to the atmosphere .... literally a few minutes from Thyssen museum , food market etc communication with management company brilliant and they allowed us to drop our bags off prior to check in .. small patio outside where one can have breakfast ....all in all a great stay in a great city at such a fantastic time of the year

The property is exactly as pictured. Terrific layout. The balconies, in particular, add to the atmosphere.

We cannot say enough about how perfect this apartment was for our stay in Málaga. After 31 hours of flight delays, lost baggage and a lost rental car, Carlos from Solaga went out of his way and met us at 1am when we finally arrived. Even though it was so late he took his time explaining everything to us and made sure we were comfortable. The location of the flat cannot be beat. Walking distance from absolutely everything you’d want to see. Coffee, amazing food and markets within steps out the door but it’s a few blocks away from the main square so it is super quiet at night. When we finally got a rental car, the parking that Carlos arranged for us was incredibly convenient and safe. The apartment was clean, outfitted with everything we needed and Carlos and the Solaga team were available whenever we needed anything. They accommodated our preferred checkout time. Seriously, stay here. We won’t hesitate to stay again!! Muchas Gracias Carlos y Solaga!

Great apartment, especially if it is your first time in Malaga. You can walk everywhere by foot.

What can I say, yet again Solaga came up trumps with this lovely apartment. Central to everything and has everything you could need supplied. Their attention to detail in their apartments is what sets them apart. Very professional, efficient, friendly service, particularly like the meet and greet on arrival and departure. Always super helpful with any requests and a cut above the rest. Wouldn't book with anyone else.

Great size, modern with Spanish design.

Exceptionally clean, well equipped, spacious apartment located right in the centre of old Malaga. Good bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk, together with local supermarket for milk, bread etc. Do visit the huge Market for fresh fruit, veg, meat and fish, it won’t disappoint. Easy access to buses, taxis and beach. Good silent air conditioning. Bedroom located at back so didn’t hear any noise at night. Good water pressure and easy to operate shower. Bathroom window opens onto patio area off bedroom which is open to the sky but without any view. However we did love sitting at the small bistro table on the balcony enjoying a glasstwo and watching the people walk by beneath. Very easy communication with management company who met us upon arrival at apartment and collected the keys when we left. They also arranged a taxi pick up from the airport which cost €35 which dropped us just round the corner as apartment is in the pedestrian area. The apartment did have soap, washing up liquid and cloths whilst we were there but not sure whether they had been left by previous guests. I would just mention we found the bed to be very firm and the wi fi could drop out for a couple of minutes which was annoying but would we stay there again, YES most definitely we had a great time.

Nice little property in the city center. Great balcony with a bistro table amlnd a couple chairs. Didnt spend a whole lot of time in the apartment besides sleeping. Was exactly what i thought i was getting. The washer took some getting used to. I could never find the dryer functions (ikea combo) but the dryer rack worked fine.

We stayed in Malaga for 4 nights. The accommodation was excellent, very clean, central and perfect in all respects. The contact and information from Solaga was top notch, very professional, pleasant and helpful. Solaga kept in contact with us brilliantly, both prior to arrival and for departure.

Located in the most central location and everything within walking distance. From booking to reception/check-in to check-out, everything went absolutely smoothly, professionally and friendly. The apartment itself was a dream: very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The most beautiful vacation home we have ever had!!!

Central to all your needs! Market, supermarket, restuarants, shopping, bus and train station, Port, beach....highly recommend this delightful accommodation & location!

The apartment, in a very old building, was sparkling clean and seemed freshly remodeled, as of our stay in Feb. 2023. It was spacious, with a nice separation of rooms, with internal French doors that could be closed to shut off the street sounds at night. We loved sitting on the balcony, watching the street go by, although in February it was a bit chilly most evenings. Everything worked well, and we especially appreciated the washer, since we had just been on a week-long tour with no laundry facilities. No dryer, but the drying rack was very easy to use, even inside. We would have appreciated just a few laundry pods - more about supplies later. The staff was very helpful, spoke excellent English, and arranged our trip to the airport with a private driver, who was very good. All in all, we enjoyed our experience with Solaga very much!

Perfect for central location and very comfortable and well equipped with very helpful management

This was one of the very best vacation rentals we have ever had. Clean and modern with just the right amount of old character, the apartment had everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Communications, payment and check-in process where great. We were met at check-in and oriented to the apartment by a Solaga representative who spoke english fluently. The apartment's location in the city center on a quaint pedestrian street was close walking distance to Larios, the Cathedral and marina. Lots of great restaurants as well as the Central market and Carrefour express were in the immediate neighborhood.

Clean and modern but with just the right amount of old character, it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location in the city center was very convenient and within minutes walk to Larios, the Cathedral and the marina. Yet, at least in December, it was ever so slightly off the beaten track to offer an authentic experience. Plenty of great restaurants in the area and the Central Market and a Carrefour Express are very close by.
